The JCB N 11 greets you with a bright and light, approachable presence. You are immediately intrigued by a mellow earthiness on the nose, reminiscent of the older vineyards in the hills of the southern Sonoma Coast. In your glass, the wine opens up to reveal notes of currant, dried cherry and currants. As you begin to sip on this old world style Pinot Noir, you are enticed by the notes of cassis, tangy dried cranberry and the continued note of dried cherry.
