Orders

Once an order has been placed and payment is withdrawn, you cannot cancel your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact us support@grapestars.com

Once an order has been placed, we are unfortunately not able to add any items to your existing order.

Once an order has been placed. We cannot change your order.

A few reasons why this could happen:

  • The order confirmation email is in your spam-folder
  • Your e-mail address was misspelled
  • The order is not yet processed in our system

If you have not received your order confirmation within reasonable time, please contact us at support@grapestars.com and we’ll sort it out.

GrapeStars will immediately void an order and release the funds from the transaction if an order is canceled. The actual time that it takes for funds to be returned to your account depends on your specific bank.

If the payment was stopped before your card was charged, any authorization or pending charge will automatically drop from your statement within a few business days. If the card was charged and a refund is being issued, this will be reflected back in your account within three to five business days on average, depending on the processing times of your bank.

Shipping

Shipping rates depend on the total weight of your package.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Most orders ships within 3 business days of order placement. If you have not received a shipping notification within 3 business days, please email us and we’ll let you know why there’s a delay and when your order will ship.

We only ship to USA (Florida) at the moment.

Deliveries

As your order requires a signature, we make it easy for you to plan a delivery day and time that’s convenient for you.

Our algorithm can uniquely show an accurate delivery date thanks to our vast dataset with fulfillment trends, weather, cross-carrier performance data, and more.
